What This Tool Does

  • Adds a Tax Line Mapping tab with entity-specific mappings (Schedule C, 1120S, or 1065) — maps ~40 canonical categories to actual tax form lines
  • Adds TaxLine column to all sorted tabs using XLOOKUP formulas that reference the mapping sheet
  • Creates a Fed_TIS summary tab with SUMIFS formulas totaling each tax line across all sorted tabs (bank + CC)
  • Builds a Reconciliation Check comparing Fed_TIS totals against Bank & CC Summary amounts
  • Calculates out-of-period adjustments for bank and CC billing periods that extend outside the tax year
  • Generates a Super Reconciliation — detailed category-by-category bridge between sorted tab subtotals and Fed_TIS lines
